The starting point for everyone who starts their MERIT journey with Perfectit, as the first step of what we call the 3S's, is to understand Self.
By using a number of carefully selected, research-backed testing models as a guide, incorporating the latest research advances and combining well-tested concepts with robust, accurate techniques, participants start to build a picture of self that they often find as surprising as it is insightful, as did one of our Co-Founders!
Participants also engage in self-reflection and seek feedback from people who truly know them well so as to further guide the journey of self-exploration.
What emerges from this first stage becomes an important lens that helps you zoom in and filter, in a very pragmatic and focussed way, what you need to do in the next step.
Then you are ready for the SEARCH
Having a clear sense of purpose is transformational!.

The final, key step working with your mentor is to map out the skills you will need from the next step to the last.
Together we will build a skills competency framework, to provide you an understanding of all the skills that you will need not only to perform well in your chosen role, meeting the day-to-day responsibilities competently, but also what will ensure you stand out from the pack.
When it comes to securing your dream role, and excelling at it, you need every advantage you can take.
We don't sugar coat reality either. We will assess the long-term prospects of your chosen career, even assessing together the chances of an AI taking these roles, along with other future challenges.
