The Co-founders of Perfectit have collectively spent over 70 years working with or building high-functioning teams that have delivered results. The decades they have spent in these environments have given them insight into what skills are required across numerous roles within a business, for it to run smoothly and effectively.
Over time they came to understand that there is an increasingly widening skills shortage between those who are leaving higher education institutions and what businesses need from a workforce, including skills that are functional and applicable.
It’s no longer plausible to have gone to college or university and learned the theory required to perform a role. Hiring managers want the aptitude and attitude that makes for a great cultural fit. Behavioral traits and skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, communication and collaboration, leadership, and resilience are now viewed as being just as important, if not more so!
This is why our continuing education is based on practical application. Through our strategic partnerships and courseware developed from actually 'doing the role', we have designed our training so that participants gain both learned AND experiential real-world skills.
