We've got a series of one-of-a-kind programs that help people who may be just starting out in their careers, right through to those already in successful careers, yet want to make a change for the better.

With 70+ years of experience helping others build their careers, we decided the responsible thing to do was to take our model global, sharing our approach with as many people as we can.

We are helping people at all stages of their careers. For example, we've helped a third-year graduate rekindle her passion for IT and launch her career in cybersecurity. We can't wait to see what she will achieve. We've also helped a late career-stage director rediscover his passion for mentoring and teaching others.

What is Perfectit?

Perfectit is a for–profit social enterprise. This simply means that we are a business with clear social objectives. We need to make a profit to grow what we do, however maximizing profits is not our primary goal, like a traditional business.
